VAJRA CORPS CELEBRATES 5TH INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
India News Centre,Jalandhar : Vajra Corps celebrated 5th International Yoga Day on 21 June 2019 alongwith “Yoga Workshop and Healthy and Holistic Living Capsule” under the theme ‘Year of Yoga for Heart Care’. The events were graced by Lieutenant General Arvind Dutta, General Officer Commanding Vajra Corps and Mrs Simmi Dutta, Zonal President Vajra Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA) who complimented active participation of all ranks and families of Jalandhar Military Station.
The workshop encompassed Mass Yoga Practices for all personnel and their families, Asthanga guided meditation sessions for officers and ladies for mitigation and management of stress and psychological rehabilitation lecture for ailing patients undergoing treatment at Military Hospital Jalandhar Cantonment.
